Bob Maltman

Our Brewmaster

Bob Maltman, born in Canada, from Scottish descent, has more that twenty years of beer brewing experience.

When Bob embarked in the adventure of creating the artisanal beer Cervezahara he didn’t do it to win any awards, but rather to satisfy the curiosity of those looking to taste something different.

With a surname like Maltman, Bob seemed pre-destined for the world of microbrewing, but ironically, it was his love of good wines, which drove him to making beer. While he was studying political science in an American university, Bob became interested in wine-making, which eventually led to the study of how to make beer. Luckily for him, his new hobby was actually a college major in the US, so he was able to put politics aside and invest his talents in brewing.
