Pale Ale
Intense golden tones. Murky texture, caused by avoiding filtering in the brewing process. White, medium foam, full bodied.
Toasted malts and caramel sweet tones, harmoniously combined with floral notes and the typically American citric hops.
Smooth. A delicate balance between the malts sweetness and the bitterness at the end. Medium body, fine bubbles and smooth in the mouth.
Drink from a tall glass at a temperature of 5-8º. Best paired with any cheese, cold meats, white meats, fish or salted meats. Perfect with tapas.
